Kids are welcome to come along to training sessions or I can come to your location and train you there. You can bring a friend along and split the costs. Nutritional guidance available and ideas for meal planning and meal prepping to suit all the family. Never ón a diet' and never preparing separate meals. LadyBoss is about lifestyle and mindset not diet and exercise as punishment!
