Alicia N. Graves is admitted to practice law before the Ohio Supreme Court as well as all local trial and appellate Courts. She graduated from The University of Akron School of Law and Case Western Reserve University. After working in financial services for the past four (4) years, she established her own practice in May 2014. Her strength is in developing long-term relationships with the community and current and prospective clients. This allows her to anticipate and seek to avoid many legal problems that individuals and smaller enterprises may face. Alicia's commitment to the community includes serving on the National Institute of Restorative Justice Board of Directors, Legal Aid Society of Cleveland Planned Giving Board, as the past President of Case Western Reserve University’s African American Alumni Association, and numerous other civic, professional, and political organizations. As a general-practice attorney, Alicia's concentration has been in providing close personal attention to the needs of her clients. Her approach to dealing with clients varies depending upon the circumstances. At times aggressive litigation is required and at other times effective counseling and negotiations is best.
