Congratulations to Andrea who gave birth to her daughter on 28th March, weighing 5lb 11oz! Andrea states "I used the basic birthing breath, bearing down breath and rotate to dilate movement throughout the labour...I gave birth on the birthing stool and just used a little bit of gas and air for the last few contractions." Well done Andrea and congratulations once again!
