Leadership on Demand is a leadership development program dedicated to identifying the needs and objectives of your organization and providing you with a uniquely transformative experience. Our staff can help you identify the needs and objectives of your group and put together a workshop or workshop series that will help enhance the organization’s leadership potential.

Our workshops cover a wide range of leadership topics including... Principles of Leadership: How to develop your understanding of some of the fundamentals of leadership, from values and mission to ethics and integrity. Leadership Skills and Applications: How to to learn practical leadership skills to apply in your everyday life with a focus on time management, goal setting, and communication. Professional Development Series: How to develop yourself professionally and how to utilize networking opportunities that will be useful in the workplace and in life. Event Planning Series: How to approach the event planning process intentionally and purposefully. Service Leadership Series: How to best engage in service to your community. Social Justice Leadership Series: How to learn about power, privilege, and systems of oppression as well as tools to fight social injustice. Organizational Leadership Series: How to develop skills that will enhance your ability to effectively lead their groups or organizations. Virtual Leadership Series: How to develop skills necessary to working with and leading virtual teams, running virtual team builders, hosting webinars, and communicating effectively online. Wellness and Leadership: How to learn health and wellness from an holistic perspective as well as ways to integrate health and wellness into leadership. Emotional Intelligence: How to to learn about your own emotional quotient and how to increase it effectively. Workshops will focus on personal, relational, and societal awareness. StrengthsQuest: Based on the Clifton StrenghtsFinder, the StrengthsQuest session will help participants discover their talents and better understand how they can use their talents to achieve success. MBTI: The Myers Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI) will help you and your team identify your unique gifts and how to best utilize them within your organization. Teambuilding: Leadership on Demand facilitators can help your group develop stronger relationships through specially tailored team-builders to meet your organization’s needs.
