Foster carers change children’s lives Foster care means looking after children until they can either return home or move onto a new permanent family. Whether they are with you for a few weeks or a lifetime, they will always remember the love and care you have shown them. We are a large, highly experienced team who are committed to helping you and your family to get the most out of fostering. OFSTED rates us as “outstanding”, but more importantly so do our carers. As a valued member of our fostering team, you can expect excellent training and preparation before you start and ongoing support from your own dedicated worker once you have children with you. Becoming a foster family could be the most rewarding thing you ever do. You may hear a child laugh for the first time or see them gain in confidence. You could give brothers and sisters the chance to stay together. Or you could help a disabled child to discover all they can achieve. Whether you are single, a couple, or already have a family of your own, we have lots of children who would love you to get in touch. Short-term foster carers and permanent foster carers are needed for children aged over five. Short Breaks respite carers for disabled children are needed for all ages. Carers for sibling groups of all ages are needed. Independent Visitors for children and young people aged over seven are needed.
