I'm Jessica or Jess sometimes and usually referred to as JB. Most days you can find me in paint covered clothes with a bun on the top of my head (or a “doggy do” as my mom likes to call it), painting and dancing to country music in a messy garage. My grandma often says that “Jessica is so creative, I could just sh*t.” I literally have no idea what that means but I choose to take it as an endearment. I am a lifelong vegetarian, except for that phase when I ate bacon…I drive the worlds smallest car and never, NEVER make my bed! To put it simply, I create furniture masterpieces by bringing life back into items that have been forgotten about. It’s honestly crazy what people throw away! I love being able to look past the layers of ugly paint and envision the greatness these hopeless pieces can become. But by far, my favourite part about my job is helping the environment by reducing waste going into the landfill. When I’m not busy bringing furniture back from the dead you can find me at the dog park in New West with my little dude Dante, aka #dantethedinosaur, ya he’s got his own hashtag! or in my pjs on the couch. I am such a homebody! And who doesn’t put their pjs on when they're hanging out at home? I never understood that… All pieces posted are for sale unless stated otherwise.
