All participants can expect to receive a one-hour, positive, high energy, fun-filled workout that will refresh your body, soul, and spirit. Health related topics such as: weight management, nutrition and diet, and menopause etc., will be addressed according to the need of the class. Open enrollment is happening now so, "Let's Zumba and Talk!"
