As a single mom of 4, I have always found it challenging to try and maintain personal time for my health and fitness after working full time and taking care of my kids. In one sense this has been the ultimate challenge for me, and in another sense it is my drive to stay healthy and fit, for me and my family! I have decided to become a beach body coach because I know the importance of accountability and the sense of community that we all need to succeed! Our day to day lives are nothing short of crazy schedules, but taking the time to take care of yourself makes all the difference in the world!
