Welcome to Lil Bloomers Boutique! We specialize in bringing in the most unique, modern crossed with vintage dresses to you! Normal processing time takes 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. We strive for perfection! That is why every package is expedited with a tracking number at no extra cost to the customer. Orders must be made via our website through paypal or credit card. Returns will be accepted 30 days after receipt of your order. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted. Returns due to change of mind will not be accepted. Gift certificates are available! Shipping Shipping is free for orders over $75.00 regular shipping costs are $10 per item and if you buy two items the 2nd item is shipped for free! Quality is as important to us as it is to you! Returns are accepted if there is a defect in your product. The return shipping is at the customers expense. Sizing changes are not excepted after reciept of payment. A refund will be issued for the cost of the item in the same matter it was purchased. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in order to recieve the refund. If the item is recieved later than this date a refund will not be processed. All items must be unwashed and unworn in order to qualify for a return. Returns on items that have been clearly used or washed will not be accepted. We do our best to inspect every item prior to shipping as quality is important to us!
