The school has an enrollment of approximately 1100 students. Lillian Osborne is currently the newest public high school in Edmonton. The school serves the south west area of Edmonton. Due to the great development in southwest Edmonton, Lillian Osborne will be expanding to accommodate an extra 600 students. This expansion is scheduled to be completed by the beginning of the 2016-2017 school year.
