Description
Students in the academy take advanced science and math courses. They learn how to perform various laboratory techniques and implement the scientific method, carrying out scientific investigations during a three year period. Students compete in the local and national science competitions such as the Intel Science Talent Search. Students can participate in the Science Research in the High School Program and receive 12 college credits for their work from Albany University.
