Lisa has been in real estate for the past 4 years. Prior to this she successfully owned and managed her own business alongside her sister for nine years. Lisa was the young age of seventeen when the duo decided to purchase a small café in Tugun QLD and turned it into one of the busiest cafes to hit the small beach side town. She doesn’t regret one thing about it, it taught her so many priceless life lessons, business and personal. After selling the café Lisa decided to live her next dream of working in real estate. During her time in the industry she has worked in many areas building her knowledge. She started out in office administration, assisted in sales, from there Lisa progressed into Property Management and commercial leasing. Whilst she enjoyed all of those roles her passion was focusing on Business Development Management which she thoroughly enjoys doing today. Lisa leads a wonderful team of Property Managers and believes that clear communication between all parties is the key to success. She respects each of her clients and team members. Her happy disposition and positive “can do” approach is appreciated by owners, tenants and her colleagues.
