“Lister’s Ladies Gym” Opened 1st October 2012 Mon-Fri 7.00am-9pm 4.30pm & Sat-Sun 10am-4pm BEEP referrals from £20 *All Memberships include full use of steam room and infrared sauna, Opening times: Mon-Fri 7.00am- 9.00pm Sat-Sun 10.00am-4.00pm We also do pay as you go steam and sauna sessions between 12pm-3pm, costs £5.00 per session for any ladies or £14.99 per month for over 55's and includes use of showers, steam room and infra-red sauna too.
