Welcome to Little Ones Reruns! We're so glad you're here! We release items on Wednesday night at 9pm and Sundays at 7:30pm, sometimes with smaller releases through the week whenever our little ones allow us time to do so. If you've never shopped online like this before, here's how! ~ To shop our inventory select the albums you wish to browse they are organized according to Boys and Girls clothing size, toys etc. ~ To claim an item, you must comment 'mine.' If someone has already done so, you may call 'seconds,' 'thirds,' etc. If the person who claimed firsts decides they don't want the item, the second person in line will be offered the item and so on. ~ Please select as pick up date and location which are listed in the Events section of our page. And send us a message on Facebook so that we can contact you. (Please note: Since we are a page, we are not able to message you directly on FB, unless you have messaged us first!) ~ The cut off date of items for pick up is the Monday night before your selected pick up. We do this in order to pull and prepare your order and your invoice for the pick up date. ~ Pick ups occur every other week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Times and locations are posted as events, in the event section of our page. Find the event of the city of your choice, and the next pick up time/location will be posted there. RSVP that you're coming, and send us a message too (it can even be blank)! (Please note: Since we are a page, we are not able to message you directly on FB, unless you have messaged us first!) ~Confirmation emails are sent out every other Tuesday (the day before pick up). This email will include a list of the items you've claimed, your total, and the time and exact location of your pick up. Please be patient with us in this process... sometimes confirmations aren't sent until late Tuesday evening, depending on what the day holds! :-) ~ Payment can be made by cash when you pick up, or by EMT before pick up. THIS NEXT PART IS NOT FUN, BUT REALLY IMPORTANT: We believe we are very reasonable people. If you know you won't be able to make it to the next pick up, please let us know as soon as you can, or try to have a friend or family member pick up for you. If there is a problem with your order, please also let us know within 24 hours of pick up. If you don't, we cannot guarantee a refund, as the consignor may have already been paid for the item. As well please return items with the tag so we can track who it belongs to. If you have told us you're coming and don't show up to pick up your order, you have until midnight that night to send us an email money transfer to hold your items till the next pick up time. If this happens again, unfortunately you will not be able to shop with us anymore :( To consign with us, please email us or private message us and we'll send you more info!
