Description

Welcome to Little Tumblers. My name's Coach Alanna, I'm 22 and love keeping active. My day to day job of working with children certainly keeps me on my toes! I specialise in the "Little Tumblers" classes teaching many children of mixed abilities and ages different skills to do with balance, coordination and body weight exercises designed to help improve strength and flexibility. I feel these skills help in other aspects in life such as PE in school and many other activities they may participate in throughout their week. In "Little Tumblers" we have a grading system which gives the participants a goal to strive for. We have two tests a year which allows the participants to show their improvements and gain an award which boosts their confidence and motivates them to work harder to achieve the next level within our pathway. "Little Tumblers" takes a lot of self dedication to practice and improve, some people may not feel it is for them but everyone is welcome to come along and try. For those who have continued with our programme, their improvements are astonishing from one term to the next. If you put your mind to it, you can do anything! Coach Alanna :-)
