My name is Maria Boznovska and I am the founder of Live Gratefully. Having struggled all my life to lose weight, constantly on diets, no energy, low self esteem, highly stressed and trying to manage work/life balance as a mother of 4 children.....For the last 15 years I have been on a journey of self discovery with an emphasis on health and well-being. It was not until I addressed my MINDSET that I could be emotionally free to find my passion for life and Live Gratefully. I have undergone my own physical and emotional transformation, having lost 40 kilos. Throughout my journey of transformation I found it difficult to find support and education being a major component that was lacking. I have established Live Gratefully as a Holistic Wellness Consultancy to inspire and help transform peoples' lives through education, motivation and support. My passion is emotional well-being. The mindset is more powerful than most people realize and has the capacity to distort our perception of reality and ultimately sabotage our potential. Perspective that is framed in truth is essential for each of us to be at our personal best physically, emotionally and spiritually. My vision is to help women experience awareness about the importance of a healthy mind and healthy lifestyle and its benefits as a journey of change and self discovery. In doing so, I provide the tools and strategies including specific training programs/ workshops to assist in the process of long term change.
