LivWiSE is an initiative by the Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Liverpool to raise awareness of women in STEM careers.
Liverpool Women in Science and Engineering Society is a new network bringing together teachers, students, staff, alumni, industry partners and the public to celebrate and promote science and engineering careers to women. Hosted by the University of Liverpool, LivWiSE facilitates interdisciplinary networking, collaboration, aspiration raising and career development. LivWiSE Facebook brings you events, news, competitions info from LivWiSE; it promotes the STEM subjects and scientific achievements at the University of Liverpool; it promotes women in science in general, and the female STEM staff and students at UoL; it promotes studentship and job opportunities; and posts interesting science news articles and information. LivWiSE aims to raise the interest from women, and the profile of women in science, engineering and technology subjects and careers. Visiting us?
