Ok so most of you couldn't make it tonight- shame! If you don't make a change, don't expect to see one. Here is a work out for those that want to crack what you missed: Complete each round 3 times 2 min rest between each round. No rest between exercises. 200m sprint (advanced with 15kg weight). 20 x air squats 20 x press ups 15 x 3kg slam ball shoulder raises and slams. 200m sprint (advanced with 15kg weight). 10 pull ups. Winter is coming but let's not give up! 😎👊💪

Hope everyone is well today despite the rain! I went for a run earlier in a bright orange T shirt hoping it would brighten up the day but no such luck! Good news is we love a bit of training in the rain - it lets us know we are alive. Ok its Monday most of you are probably down in the dumps a little hungover or feeling tired after a short weekend…lets change our mindset and kick the weeks ass. When you get in tonight grab 5 mins of your precious time and smash out the burpee challenge. As many quality reps as you can do in 5mins and post your results below. GOOD LUCK!

Calisthenics = Beauty and Strength! All my bootcampers stay strong keep working hard this week.Try mixing up some sessions at home using the following: 1.Press ups 2.Crunches 3.Squats 4.Dips Go for reps of 10-15 3 times around or max reps in a short time frame 1-2 mins each exercise.
