Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, we aim to bring you the latest in fashion at affordable prices as well as items that bit more special. We are able to post out across the country for a standard postage charge of £4.50 Royal Mail 1st class signed for clothes/bags. Jewellery & shoes will depend on weight. We can also post internationally, postage cost will be discussed at the time of order depending where in the world you are. Payment must be made on standard orders (3-5 working day dispatch) for them to be processed either by PayPal or direct bank transfer. Refunds on items you have received & are unsuitable will be as standard (see below). Items ordered under the value of £50 will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail signed for, over and of this value will be free delivery. If delivery is being made in the Stocksbridge/Deepcar/High Green areas we may deliver ourselves, there will still be the £3.95 p&p charge to cover packaging and petrol costs. Returns Policy: Should you wish to return an item, please advise as soon as possible and the reason why. Returns accepted on full price items within 7 days of receipt of item, so long as the item is unworn and tags are still intact. All postage costs (paid for sending and returning) are your responsibility. We would suggest returns are made by recorded delivery, as we cannot refund on items not received back.
