I bake naturally levened bread. Some people call it soughdough, the french call it Pain Au Levine , my mum calls it crater mass!
After co-running a community kitchen up in N. Devon for more then a year. I moved down to Exeter and i am now running Soughdough bread courses. I keep my course costs low to make it accessible for all. Soughdough shouldn't cost the earth. Its extremely easy to make,(honest!) and it makes the best toast in the world! Come and have a go! Lou
