By working together to identify the trauma your mind, body and spirit have experienced and using a range of skills I have developed, my aim is to aid you in releasing your trauma and facilitating the healing process based on the experiences of my own healing journey. Giving you an opportunity to discover the blocks that may be hindering your progress and providing you with the knowledge and tools to continue on your own healing journey Following a lifetime of traumatic experiences, my awareness of the healing power of forgiveness was realised nearly 15 years ago. The ability to forgive yourself and self- love are the keys to the healing journey. The techniques used will allow me to help you move through the transition to long lasting happiness and peace.
