The Loring Pasta bar has long been considered one of the twin cities most original venues. At 10pm every Friday and Saturday night Latin music is on the menu. The Large open dance floor fills will dancers from young to old moving to sounds of the tropical DJs on stage each night. For those who like to watch the mezzanines provide an escape from the crowds of the dance floor or a place to relax those dancing feet. Fuego Fridays: Tropical music dance night. A great Latin mix that spans decades but leaves nothing out. Classic salsa, mambo, bachata, merengue, maybe even some cha cha cha during the early set. After Midnight the mix includes equal parts Salsa, Bachata, Merengue, Reggaton, Hip Hop, Dancehall, with other surprises, Punta, Rock en espanol, Tribal, Cumbia and Reggae and anything else you can move your feet to.
