Ginger Teriyaki Chicken 2 Tbsp. olive oil 6-8 chicken fillets (or 3 chicken breasts cut in strips) 1 tsp. Sunset Gourmet's Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime 1 medium onion, cut in slices or strips 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced 6 mushrooms, thinly sliced 1/4 cup Sunset Gourmet's Ginger Teriyaki Dressing and Marinade In large frying pan or skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken and sprinkle with Garlic Pepper with a Twist of Lime. Cook chicken until pink not visible. Add vegetables and sauté to just about desired consistency. Add Ginger Teriyaki Dressing and Marinade. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or a salad.
