Welcome to Lotus Village! I'm Tina, an Aussie currently living in Canada, with my husband and two children. I am a labour doula, a Blooma-trained prenatal yoga teacher (also a 200 hour trained yoga teacher through Yogaworks) and a birth photographer. There are many ways to bring your new life into this world and my role is to provide you (and your partner, if you have one) unbiased support and education throughout your pregnancy, your labour and your first steps into parenthood. My passion is helping you find your empowerment and how to advocate for yourself as you birth your baby. Likewise, I also teach prenatal yoga classes designed to cultivate strength, nurturing and empowerment during your pregnancy, both as a way to keep fit, healthy and calm during your pregnancy and to also prepare your body for the work that is birth. My first passion was, and still is, photography. I have been a photographer since 2004 and am now embarking on the exciting path of birth photography.
