You might be finding it difficult to cope with what life is sending your way. I offer a warm and safe space for you to explore your problems at your own pace. I work eclectically and in collaboration with my clients' to find a way forward that best suits each individual persons needs. I have experience with many issues including, trauma, PTSD, abuse, depression, relationship problems, family problems, self harm, major life changes and loss and bereavement.
