Description
To be able to give our best first we must love and look after ourselves- it's not selfish, it's necessary. The better we feel the more we have to give, after all what use is a burnt out person to anyone?? Guilty as charged? Yep, me too, it sucked. I've predominantly overcome it, but it's a continual work in progress. I aim to provide services to make people feel good about themselves offering nurturing, stress-relieving treatments; helping and showing people how to create some "me time". In addition I also offer doula services to pregnant women and their partner by providing information and practical support with their choices in pregnancy, birth and the post-natal period.
