Loyal Heart Puppy Rescue is an adoption coordinating agency, working with various non profit shelters in Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi. LHPR is a shelterless rescue, working to help you find your forever friend, and to facilitate his/her safe travel to your New England home. Loyal Heart Puppy Rescue is a no-kill rescue. We are dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of puppies in need. Our puppies all come from the efforts of these rescues and their wonderful dedicated foster homes that take care of these pups for so long before coming northeast. The majority of puppies in the south will be euthanized within days of being dropped off at a shelter. They are "pulled" and placed into quarantine for 5-6 weeks with a private foster family until they are fully vetted. Once this is completed they head north to new foster homes & furever homes! How to adopt: Our adoption process begins with an application. Please request an application and we will email one to you!. There are also FOSTER TO ADOPT options within New England homes. When you adopt one dog, you in turn save two by opening up space in a rescue for a dog currently residing in a kill shelter! Please feel free to message LHPR for any further information!
