Follow @lughockey on Instagram and Twitter! Seven years ago a dream was born. The good times we sought on frozen water were no longer frustrated by the overly policed and under enjoyed intramurals program. A league had finally arrived that proved player cards, unwarranted suspensions, and a lack-luster level of play obsolete. That league was called the League of Unextraordinary Gentleman. We picked our own teams, kept track of our own stats, and enjoyed the beautiful game of hockey. A charity all star game was held and a black tie award ceremony capped the season off. Now the time to return to the ice has come, and the LUG is looking forward to its 7th season. Get ready for another year of fast-paced and exciting hockey, extravagant parties, and an overall more truculent lifestyle.
