Sunset LULAC Youth Council's first volunteering event, Cena En El Barrio, will be held on December 14, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. at the North Texas Food Bank. Cena En el Barrio is a annually event that aims to package and distribute cans and other food items to families in the Dallas area.
