Our ladies only group classes are a unique combo of fitness kickboxing and boot camp style training these classes are sure to give you a workout!

My philosophy is to teach you that fitness can be fun and effective no matter what your fitness goals are. I will help you gain the knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits! I take a very balanced and open approach to physical fitness. No matter what your day to day life looks like, I am here to help you realize that you CAN do it! You are amazing and you deserve it. Being a mom, wife and business owner I know that it is hard to find time to commit to fitness. My job is to help you find the time, and to help you use that time to obtain results. Hello Edmonton! Today is the last day to register for our upcoming sessions! Tues/Thurs sessions start tomorrow, and Mon/Wed sessions start on Wednesday, and our Saturday sessions start next weekend!
