Lease is signed on my Dupont listing. It sure went quickly, three days after it was put on the market. Nice couple from MI who are very excited to be living in the middile of the city. They will check out some neighborhoods so that they can decide where to purchase their first home next year.
Now that schools are in session I want to remind all of us that drive around neighorhoods during the day to watch out for our precious children. We all stop for school buses but lots of kids ride in carpools so be aware and slow down!

Quiet weekend! BUT remember school will be out soon. Watch out for our children. The rain in April was worth it, just enjoy the green grass, colorful flowers, and trees filled with green green leaves.
Buyers are looking to move to our neighborhood. I can help them. Do you know anyone interested in selling their home this spring?
