Since inception the Foundation has raised more than $70 million to advance healthcare in our community. In June 2012 Mackenzie Health Foundation has accepted the challenge to raise capital for the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital as well as funds needed to continue to enhance care at the existing Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. Under our new Mackenzie Health Foundation banner we will unite our community in the common goal of providing a world-class health experience close to home.

Description
This year, we helped fund a new hospital-wide medication infusion pump system that will both save and improve the quality of life of our patients. These innovative, state-of-the-art pieces of equipment help secure our status as a progressive and patient focused healthcare provider. One of the Foundation’s largest goals in the next few years is to fund a new permanent second MRI with upgraded imaging capabilities at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. Over the next 3 years, we will be asking our community to support this $5 million initiative.
