Some of these include The Fat Duck in the UK, a Michelin 3 star restaurant, and Bang Café in Dublin; one of the city’s most prestigious dining experiences. He brings extensive international experience to Kingston’s newest dining emporium as well as a passion for great flavor using only the finest and freshest ingredients. Brendan’s attention to detail and commitment to quality will be the hallmark of the restaurant’s kitchen and we look forward to introducing our patrons to his creative talent and delicious cuisine.
