Description

Mae's Creole Kitchen is a family-owned business, established in 2014. The founder, Gwen Square, was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. At age 11, she learned how to cook by watching and assisting her Mother, Georgia Mae. She effectively planned and prepared family meals every week at the age of 13. By the time Gwen reached age 15, she had already become an established cook specializing in Louisiana style foods such as seafood gumbo, crawfish fettuccine, red beans and rice and many more creole dishes! We will post our food truck locations. So come and enjoy some of THE BEST seafood gumbo and crawfish etouffee you will ever taste in the Charlotte and surrounding areas!
