I am a fan that does Cosplay and Prop commissions of all kinds. If you are interested in commissioning something, want more info, or for estimates, please send me a message and i will respond as soon as i am able. Please feel free to look at my work in the photos as soon as they are put up for viewing. I am someone that specializes in creating props for special occasions; mainly used for Costume Play or Cosplay. Our materials mainly consist of Rubber, Resin, Fiberglass, EVA Foam, Wood and PVC pipe. Attention: Maelstrom Props and Commisions are not responsible for the accidents that may occur during the time of usage. It is the responsibility of the user. Official crew members at current date: Props Management: - Caden Lutz TYPES OF PROPS: Normal Grade: a normal made props, used only as a decoration or in photos. High Grade - moving parts: a polished made props, can be function-able. High Grade - Electrical: a polished made props, can be function-able (With Electrical equipment and/or moving parts) FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) 1.) How do I inquire? It is normal for first timers to hesitate in asking. Please be informed that you are welcomed to ask anything related to our shop on Private Message. I am not online 24/7 so I usually answer after 24 hours. Or, if it's really needed, or urgent, You may text my Skype. 3.) How to order? If you are 100% sure to order, fill up our form below. 4.) How can I pay? There will be an additional 10.00* for transportation in the Vancouver area. (* additional charge for places not included on the list). If you are not around the region, (i.e over seas, busy for meet ups) you can pay through Cash, Bank transfer, or Check. MEET UP PLACES: North, South, East or West Vancouver, Langley, Surrey, Aldergrove, Deep Cove, Delta, Squamish, Port Kells. The first payment will be 80% and the second payment will be on the day of the delivery. If you trust the shop, you may pay in FULL. Also, if your order is RUSHED, we enforce the rule of FULL PAYMENT plus the RUSH FEE that will be no less than $45 CAD. I discourage these kind of orders since the quality of the props or costume cannot be rushed. 3.) How can you get my measurements? Preferably, We will do meet ups in regions above. But if you're far away or busy I will send you a guide measurement picture, or we can do it over Skype. 4.) When can I get my props/costume? It depends on the details, how huge and most importantly, the current schedules/list in cut offs. The props/costume will be made for Four (4) weeks at the least. Anything shorter than that will be considered RUSH. 5.) Where can i get my props/costume? We will have meet ups at Cosplay Cons, You can pick it up, or you can have it delivered in preferred courier (UPS, FEDEX, Canada Post). -->The shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer. <-- --------------------------------------------------- RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1.) No Cancellation of order/commission. I do not take joy in having a list, But cancellation, because of any reasons or whatsoever, will lead you to our blacklist. We will not entertain you the next time you inquire. 2.) Unattended commissions will be Sold/Disposed. Three months will be given to claim your items. If you have not replied or given any will to cooperate, I reserve the right and will sell/dispose of your props/costume. 3.) Refunds and remakes The owner will take full responsibility of the props. If it breaks due to the quality of the item, you will be given two offer: Refund of HALF the original sum or REMAKE.
