Terms and Conditions – Please read prior to purchase All my jewellery is handmade by me unless otherwise stated. I hand stamp my items using metal letters and design stamps. This is not engraved but each letter is placed by hand and hammered into the metal. Due to the way this is done, spacing, depth and alignment is not going to be perfect but this is all part of the unique character of hand stamped items. My hand cut items are cut by myself so each item will be slightly different due to this. Personalised hand stamped items are exempt for the 14 day cooling off period, and will only be refunded only if they are faulty and you refuse a replacement. All items are handmade by myself, for this reason, occasionally during busy periods - some items can take up to 30 days (maximum) to dispatch from time of ordering. All items must be paid for at time of ordering - via PayPal invoice, which will be sent by myself to buyers email address. If paying by bank tranfer or cheque, I will need to email you a invoice first and cheques will need to clear before I can start work on your order. Once order has been placed you will be advised of approximate dispatch time, this will not exceed 30 days. If you need your items in a rush or for a certain date, please contact me to discuss this. RETURNS - Returns are not accepted for any bespoke or personalised pieces as these are designed specifacly for each custmer. All work is photographed and a copy sent to the buyer for approval before dispatch. Once approved the items will be dispatched by 2nd class post unless otherwise agreed. I send items over £25.00 by recorded deliver only. Postage costs will be calculated by the weight and dimensions of the items unless stated in the description. Proof of posting is always obtained. From time of receiving your order, you have 14 days in which you can cancel your order - unless it is a bespoke order or a personalised item which under the Distance Selling Regulations will not be refunded. If work has already commenced on your order when you decide to cancel and your order falls into this category, you will not be entitled to a refund. If work has not commenced on your order and it fall into this category, it is at the sole discretion of Magic Beanz as to whether or not a refund is given. Items of a non bespoke or personalised nature are NOT affected by the point above. If you are not happy with the items once they arrive, please contact me within 14 days to ensure a quick resolution. It is your responsibility to ensure all names/dates/personal details are spelt correctly as I will use the exact wording given to me by the buyer. You have a chance to check all items before they are dispatched so please notify me if anything needs changing at the time of me sending you a proof for approval. If items arrive damaged I will need to see photographic evidence so please keep packaging as I will need a photo of this too. Please contact me via inbox or email and I will ask for items to be returned and replaced. Once items have been returned I will reimburse any return postage costs. Every attempt has been made to ensure that photographic representation, descriptions and colour of items is accurate. Magic Beanz reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
