A strong passion for cooking but baking is rare in my kitchen until macarons came into my life. It's fate that macarons and I found each other. My macarons 100 times (best guess) trial and error, almost a year to master experiment began when my little girl was still a baby, and I was a stay at home mom. Those hours and days of bribing my baby with toys and anything possible just to get a batch of macarons done. She went through a lot with me and I owe it all to her.
