My name is carl mainwaring I've been a personal trainer for almost a year now where i was trained by premier training international I come from a footballing background being a professional with Swansea city for 4 years and semi pro for several,I currently work out of a boxing gym so I've been lucky enough to work along side some top boxing trainers and fighters so have added some boxing training to my workouts, I'm a keen sportsman and enjoy any thing associated with health and fitness I specialise in trx suspension training,kettle bells,core stabilitymuscle endurance,hypertrophy,strength,power.
