Ladies, Christmas is fast approaching and it's time to start thinking about looking your best for the Christmas Party! This year's Little Black Dress Bootcamp kicks off this Saturday! LBD Bootcamp is a 21 day express program consisting of: - 3 classes per week at a fully equipped indoor facility - Extra “homework” workouts - Nutrition advice including suggested meals & recipes The Classes The weekly classes will focus on high intensity interval workouts to support burning fat, mixed with light weighted movements to promote muscle toning, finishing with some classic LBT work (legs, bums and tums). Extra “Homework” Workouts Follow the Facebook Page for extra workouts designed to compliment the scheduled classes. Easy to follow video demonstrations will be provided. Nutrition Advice Follow the 21-day LBD Nutrition Guide. The Nutrition Plan will be e-mailed to you once you have signed up.
