The Wells Fargo Tower was developed by the Dallas-based Trammell Crow Company, and is currently owned by the Wells Fargo and Company. The Wachovia Tower rises from the site formerly occupied by the Calvert Building and 7-9 Saint Paul Street. One Charles Center is a historic office building located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a 23-story aluminum and glass International Style skyscraper designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and constructed in 1962. It was the first modernistic office tower in Baltimore and the keynote of the city’s nationally recognized downtown urban renewal movement and Charles Center. The base consists of a concrete-faced podium topped by a paved plaza, with the "T"-shaped office tower atop. The tower is detailed in Mies's signature bronze metal trim and gray glass.The tower was the subject of a design competition that included a submission by Marcel Breuer. The tower was completed in 13 months at a cost of $10,350,000. The Chamber of Commerce Building is a historic office building located at Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is a Renaissance Revival-style red brick building five floors in height, eleven bays long and three bays wide, and built 1904-05. It was built during the rebuilding of the financial area in Baltimore following the Great Fire of 1904 and features many terra cotta decorative elements. The rebuilt structure was designed by Baltimore architect Charles E. Cassell. The original pre-fire building was designed by John Rudolph Niernsee in 1880 and was used by the Corn and Flour Exchange, which maintained a trading floor on the fifth level.Chamber of Commerce Building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
