I don't have various photographers as you sometimes get with other companies, the ones that seem to churn out shoot after shoot like a conveyor belt, no personal touch. With Marching Ants, from the first enquiry to the shoot and final printing process you will only have to deal with one person, myself - Peter. As well as taking your traditional high quality pictures I also can do special effects and air brushing that make your pictures individual one offs. These offer something completely different to most other photographers. A lot of time and thought is spent after the shoot in post production whilst working on your pictures. To enhance what was captured during the shoot I do different variations of certain photos, these give you options and many different choices, rather than 'Click, Print & Thank You Very Much' Of course this is a business, but it's also a job I enjoy immensely, to me there is no greater satisfaction than showing someone pictures of themselves, their family and special moments etc. To receive a big 'Wow, I love them' that is most definitely the best part of my job. Typically a shoot is about two hours long, this is usually enough time to make sure what you require is captured - though there is no set time. I won't stop until I feel yourself and I are satisfied we have captured the moment. The shoot can be done at your home with my photo lighting system and back drops, or on a location outdoors, the choice is yours. My main goal is to create something that will imprint a memory forever, to capture a special moment and bring it to life.
