Turn up or book your space on: http://marionayoga.co.uk **What do I teach** Vinyasa Yoga, also called Yoga Flow, is a physical practice combining many styles of yoga, organised into a variety of flowing sequences connecting movement with breath. You will be experiencing varied classes combining hard work with deep relaxation to build strength, flexibility, concentration and balance. **New Venue** The Signal Box Community Centre The Emerald Building, Glenalmond Ave, Cambridge CB2 8DS Classes Tuesday 5:45 - 6:45 pm Wednesday 7:30 - 8:30 pm **Prices** FIRST CLASS - £5 Drop-in - £12 Class Passes from - £8 **More info** Please wear sporty & comfortable clothes, bring a drink, if you think you will need one, and a mat if you have one, there are limited numbers of mats available. Please arrive 10 to 5 minutes early to settle in before we start. Specially to have a little chat and get to know you if you are attending for the first time.
