My clinic has many focuses. -Natural Allergy Relief -Natural IBS relief -Methylation Deficiencies -Endocrine issues (thyroid, adrenal) -Chronic Fatigue -Blood chemistry issues and many more. But, they all have one thing in common, I always look at the body as a whole, not just the symptoms. When you eliminate the foods, environmental factors, stressors and give the body the tools to heal itself, Magic happens

What a great day. Get out and enjoy the sun! A quick tip, make sure you get out for at least 10-15 minutes of sun exposure BEFORE you apply sunscreen. Sunscreen can block the bodies ability to make Vitamin D3, so give it some time before you apply.
Are you currently taking supplements? If you are then why not take the best products you can. If you want a second opinion on what you are taking now, or need direction on what you should take, I would be happy to help.
Just had a client write me and let me know that their iron levels had went from 9 and may need infusions to 48 in 1 month. That's amazing. And now no need for infusions. It is incredible what happens when you give the body what it needs.
