私達は英国人と日本人の夫婦で、数年前より横浜の元町にレストラン”マークス”をオープンしたいと願っていました。 シェフのスコットは、南アフリカで生まれ１５年間ロンドンで活躍してきました。妻の香恵は、地元横浜の出身で東京とロンドンで１０年超ヨーロッパの高級ファッションブランドで活躍してきました。 We are British and Japanese couple who have dreamt of opening a restaurant "Marques" in Motomachi, Yokohama for some years now. Chef Scott was born in South Africa and worked in London for the last 15 years. Kae is a Yokohama local and worked for european luxury fashion brands in Tokyo and London over past 10 years.
