We train athletes and individuals who are ready to take their fitness to the next level. We are located in the Brier Creek area of Raleigh, and share an 11,000 sq. ft. facility with DiamondFit Performance.

Description

Class Schedule: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri: 6:15-7:15am - The Marvel Program 7:15-8:15am - The Marvel Program 11:30- 12:30pm - The Marvel Program 5:00-6:00pm - The Marvel Program 6:00-7:00pm - The Marvel Program Thursday: Gym will be open regular hours to come in and make-up something you may have missed during the week. If you have worked out Mon - Wed, Thursday is a rest day/mobility day. Saturday: 10:00 - 11:00 - The Marvel Program Sunday: Closed **Competitive minded athletes who follow The Outlaw Way or other approved barbell/lifting programs and templates are welcome! There is a certain area of the gym reserved for you to lift and workout. All atletes must be given the green light by Ashley to do so.**
