If your looking for a new chest and back routine or just an upper body workout... Try this! My chest and back workout from this morning. 6-12-25 should be performed as a tri set (no rest between exercises) Back: 2x warm up sets Bb Deadlift 6 reps + Pull ups 12 reps + Bent over DB rows 25 reps Rest 2mins repeat x3 Chest: 2x warm up sets Bb bench press 6 reps + DB chest fly 12 reps + DB incline chest press 25 Reps Rest 2mins x3 sets Try it out!
Rest day for me today! After competing yesterday I have muscle soreness pretty much all over. So training today would be counterproductive. What is everyone's favourite training day? Personally I love a leg day!
