Clean Eating Consultation
A clean eating consultation takes approximately 1-1.5 hours.
Prior to the consultation, the client is required to keep a detailed journal of his/her eating for 5-7 days.
The consult can take place in my home, the client’s home (depending on the location) or in a public place, and involves a review of the client’s food journal, a discussion of the client’s daily schedule, eating habits, food triggers, and clean food preferences and dislikes.
Clean eating food items will be discussed and recommended, as well as ideas for each meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks).
A folder will be provided containing handouts with nutrition information as well as a few clean dessert recipes.
Following the consultation, ongoing support via email is available to the client.
The cost of the consultation is $40.
If the client would like a 7 day personalized meal plan designed, the cost is an additional $20. However, if the client has purchased a personal training package, the 7 day meal plan is included at no extra charge.
Clean eating is not a temporary diet. It is a life style change.
Although quantity is taken into consideration, the clean eating approach focuses primarily on changing the quality of food. It focuses on eating food for nourishment rather than for pleasure. It stresses the importance of eating the right foods at the right times. The clean eating approach takes time, patience and commitment, but it is an approach that will bring about long term positive changes in your physical and mental health.

Program Design
A personalized exercise program is designed based on the client’s fitness goals and current fitness level. The client’s daily schedule (time availability) and accessibility to exercise equipment is also taken into consideration.
Designing a program involves a 1 hour personal training session, either at the client’s home or in my studio.
During this session, the client performs the exercises with specific instruction and guidance. Feedback from the client during this time is very important in order to design a program that meets the client’s individual needs.
Following the personal training session, a program is designed and is emailed to the client within 2-3 days. A weekly workout schedule is also provided, which will incorporate a variety of physical activity based on the client’s interests.
A follow-up personal training session should take place within
6-8 weeks following the initial session in order to review and modify the exercises as needed.
Ongoing support via email will also be provided.
The cost is $120, which includes the initial 1 hour personal training session and personalized exercise program plus the 1 hour follow-up session and updated, revised program.
