Maximum Training Centre MTC Windsor is a premier facility that not only trains professional combative martial artists headed for the world-class level but also provides an environment where the average person can experience that same sort of program through group sessions or one-on-one private training. Maximum Training Centre is not your ordinary fitness and martial arts experience. It is a specialized boxing, kickboxing ,grappling and wrestling school set in the environment of a classic boxing gym with all the tradition and discipline of a martial arts school. Learning self-defence and training with fighters can be intimidating. We offer a variety of classes and programs that are organized based on the level of experience, age, and goals of the student. Programs suited for busy mothers or fathers that only have an hour a few times a week to train, or the serious martial artist or kick boxer looking to compete at a world class level. No matter what your goal – it is our mission to help you reach your personal best level of total body conditioning with Training provided by world class instructors. Team Maximum Trainers include Rino Belcastro, Domenic Rossi, Paul Rousseau,Mike Marchand, Lori Challans Mike Deleersnyder, Toan Lam, Phil Navarro, and Kaitlynn Brown. At Maximum Training Centre, the curriculum is designed to be the most comprehensive and progressive martial arts fitness experience.
