Description

The Perri Institute for Mind and Body boasts a comprehensive yoga-based training curriculum called MBD®. While MBD has established a trusted presence in the yoga and performing arts training environments, our classes and residencies reach students from all walks of life and all ages and was designed for various populations. Classes and residencies from our curriculum have been successfully implemented in various schools and universities, professional training program, children’s programs, commercial studios, gyms, yoga studios, and private settings all over the world. The standard programs of MBD yoga curriculum include Professional Training and Higher Education, Young Performer Training, Children’s Programs, Open Classes, and Introduction to Yoga.
