McGovern Collegiate School was created because a team of educators came into a room and decided to change everything we know about exclusive, private college preparatory education. We wanted a school that could offer the same standards of excellence of an East Coast college prep school but be within reach of academically capable students from all over the nation, not just those who lived in exclusive neighborhoods or major cities. Collegiate School is a private, non-profit, virtual high school offering nearly 200 college prep courses, including 20 Advanced Placement classes. McGovern Collegiate teachers are highly qualified and certified, 85% hold a master’s degree, and average 15 years of teaching experience. Our school mission affords our students with the opportunity to donate a portion of their tuition to support one of six charitable organizations of their choice at no additional cost to McGovern families.
